MPS Dealer Application

Please fill out all fields of this form and submit it to us. We will review it and e-mail you your Dealer Number. Florida businesses must fax a resale certificate to us before purchasing tax exempt.

Once approved new MPS Dealers are required to place an initial order totaling $2000 or more at current dealer pricing. Each calendar year all dealer accounts will be reviewed and accounts with less than $2000 in purchases for the year will have their dealer account terminated and will revert back to a racer account.

Please Note: MPS is currently looking for distributors outside the United States and are no longer accepting dealer applications outside the USA. If you are interested in becoming a Non-USA Distributor or know someone who is, please contact us at sales@mpsracing.com .
